Dressup Sesh Studio is operated by J9 Ventures in Seattle, Washington. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit our site or use Studio.

Information we collect

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate accounts, deliver and recover results, administer credits and billing, respond to support, prevent misuse, understand acquisition and usage, and improve Studio. We use beta feedback and referral answers to understand how people find and use the service.

Service providers

Supabase supports authentication, database records, and private result storage. OpenAI processes photos and instructions for copy and creative generation. Replicate processes photos for background cleanup. Stripe handles payments and subscriptions. Email, hosting, CDN, and Cloudflare verification services support delivery and security.

Your submitted photos and instructions are sent to the relevant generation provider to perform the requested operation. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and data policies. Processing may take place outside your state or country. Only upload photos and information you have permission to use, and avoid sensitive personal information.

Account records and private generated results are accessible to authorized service operators for support, billing, security, and operation. We may disclose records when required by law or to address fraud, protect users, or enforce our terms.

Browser storage and visit measurement

Studio uses browser storage for sign-in state, active items, and locally saved work. Campaign measurement records first-party browser identifiers, referral or campaign links, visits, page paths, page views, and conversion milestones. Visits are grouped using a browser identifier after 30 minutes without a tracked page view. We do not send full page URLs, URL query strings, or URL fragments in these visit records. A browser identifier is not the same as a person. Your browser settings can clear local data, which may also remove saved work or sign you out.

Retention and deletion

Generated results can be stored privately on our servers so interrupted work can be recovered. Clearing photos or local browser data does not itself delete server records. We retain account, usage, result, and support records as needed to operate the service and address support, security, and legal obligations. Billing records may need to be retained after an account is closed.

We do not promise that uploaded material or server results are automatically deleted after a fixed number of days. You can request deletion or ask what we hold by emailing support@dressupsesh.studio; we will verify account ownership and explain any records we must retain.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account information, stop optional marketing emails using their unsubscribe option or by contacting us, and cancel a subscription through Manage billing in Studio. Disabling local storage may limit sign-in and recovery features.

Children and security

Studio is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We use access controls and private storage for account work, but no service can guarantee perfect security. Do not upload confidential information or photographs you are not permitted to share.
