Terms

These terms apply to Dressup Sesh Studio, operated by J9 Ventures in Seattle, Washington. By creating an account or using Studio, you agree to these terms. If you need help, contact support@dressupsesh.studio.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be an adult able to enter this agreement, provide accurate account details, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use Studio lawfully. Accounts and credits are for your own authorized use; do not share access to evade limits.

Free trial and paid membership

The free trial includes three complete items with shared limits of 15 background removals, three copy generations, and three creative images. A free account does not automatically become a paid subscription.

The current Private Beta membership is $12.99 per month before any applicable tax or clearly displayed discount. It includes 250 background removals, 25 copy generations, and 25 creative images per billing period. Your mix of operations determines how many items you can complete. Unused trial credits may carry into paid membership as shown in your account; monthly allowances reset each billing period and do not accumulate.

Active members can purchase a ten-creative-credit pack for $2.99. A pack does not replace the requirement for an active membership. Checkout shows the price, taxes, discount terms, and recurring charge before you confirm a purchase.

Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Use Plan → Manage billing in Studio to cancel renewal. Access normally continues through the end of the paid period. Private Beta charges are nonrefundable except for billing errors or where required by law. Contact support to request review of a charge or service issue; any legal rights you have remain unaffected.

If we approve a successful refund of your current membership payment, new background cleanup, copy, and creative generation are suspended after the refund records update. Studio will prompt you to subscribe to continue. Stored trial bonuses and unrelated purchased credits are preserved but cannot be used while membership access is suspended. Previously generated results may still be saved or downloaded.

A refund does not by itself cancel subscription renewal in Stripe. Cancel an active old subscription through Manage billing before subscribing again, or contact support for help. Creative-pack refunds are reviewed separately, and eligible unused credits from the refunded pack may be removed.

Your photos and results

You retain your rights in the material you upload. You give Studio and its service providers permission to process it as necessary to deliver, store, recover, and support your requested work. You must have the rights and consent needed to upload photographs, including photographs of people, and to use the resulting content.

You may save and use your generated work for your listings and marketing, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. AI output may be inaccurate, resemble other output, or change product details. Review photographs, brand claims, measurements, condition, pricing, and descriptions before publishing. Studio does not guarantee originality, legal clearance, sales, or marketplace acceptance.

Acceptable use

Do not use Studio for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing content; impersonation without permission; bypassing credit or access controls; attacks on the service; or submitting sensitive information that is unnecessary for a product listing. We may suspend access to investigate misuse or protect the service.

Service availability

Studio is evolving during the beta. Features and provider availability may change, and generation may fail or be delayed. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular result. Contact support if a failed request affects your balance; we will review the recorded operation.

Privacy and updates

Our Privacy notice explains account, photo, billing, browser storage, and provider processing. We will post updated terms here and provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate. Price or plan changes for future billing will be communicated before they take effect.
